Open the gates and behold the beautiful mural that invites you into the Nubuke Foundation which celebrates the arts and culture of Ghana. I had the pleasure of speaking with curator, Bianca Manu, in the lovely garden. Bianca exhibits emerging and established artists that span traditional and contemporary styles and offers programming that connects the arts with the community. I enjoyed my conversation with Bianca and look forward to returning to Nubuke when they are finished with renovations that will add more space for site specific large scale sculptural works.
